Adult learners graduating from the IT Network+ & Exam Prep program are prepared for an entry level networking career in Buffalo. CompTIA Network+ provides the core skills necessary to establish, maintain, troubleshoot and secure networks in any environment, preparing you for a rewarding career in networking.

  • Graduates will be certified to:
  • Explain basic networking concepts
  • Understand routing technologies and important factors of physical installations
  • Monitor and optimize networks to ensure business continuity
  • Understand security concepts and network attacks
  • Explain/demonstrate how to troubleshoot networking issues.

Highly qualified instructors and NYSEd- approved coursework are part of this 12-week, 120-hour course offered in-person Monday – Thursday from 5:30pm – 8:30pm.

Course Prerequisites

  • CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+).
    • This course is an introduction to basic IT knowledge and skills.
  • CompTIA Technical Support (IT A+)
    •  This course covers PC and laptop hardware, software installation, the
      configuration of computer and mobile operating systems, basic networking, troubleshooting, and security skills.
