The Phlebotomy Technician program is designed to teach the technical and procedural aspects of basic phlebotomy, including collection of blood specimens and veni-puncture required to become a Phlebotomy technician. The Phlebotomy Technician program includes theory and hands-on instruction.
This program has a projected start date of June or July, 2020 and will run for 5 months.
BCAT offers this program at no cost to participants. Tuition, fees and books are covered by scholarships from our funders.
Enrollment Requirements:
BCAT currently offers this program to 18-24 year olds only. Applicants must have a valid photo id and high school diploma or GED/HSE to be eligible. This is an evening class, offered Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30PM – 8:30PM.
